Tackle Football and Cheerleading Ages 7-14 (Age as of 8/31/2014)

Flag Football and Cheerleading Ages 4-6 (Age as of 8/31/2014)

 

Registration - 2014

 

Tackle Football (ages 7-14): Total Price = $200

Registration Fee: $75 (non-refundable and must be paid in full at time of registration)

Football Package: $125 Package Includes - Conference Certification Fees / Trophy / Equipment / Uniform Rental / Game Jersey / Pictures / Practice T-Shirt & Shorts / Socks / Mouth Guard / Belt

 

Cheerleading (ages 7-14): Total Price = $225

Registration Fee: $75 (non-refundable and must be paid in full at time of registration)

Cheerleading Package: $150 Package Includes - Conference Certification Fees / SYFC Cheer Competition / Trophy / Pictures / Uniform Rental / Half-Top / Bloomers / Shoes / Practice T-Shirt & Shorts

 

Flag Football (ages 4-6): Total Price = $100

Registration Fee: $75 (non-refundable and must be paid in full at time of registration)

Flag Football Package: $25 Package Includes - Conference Certification Fees / Trophy  / Game Jersey / Game Shorts / Mouth Guard

 

Flag Cheerleading (ages 4-6): Total Price = $125

Registration Fee: $75 (non-refundable and must be paid in full at time of registration)

Flag Cheerleading Package: $50 Package Includes - Conference Certification Fees / SYFC Cheer Competition / Trophy / Uniform Rental / Bloomers

June 28 (Sat) - 10am - 12pm - DJF Practice Field (1651 Pinehurst Rd)

July 8 (Tues) - 6:30pm - 8:00pm - DJF Practice Field (1651 Pinehurst Rd)

July 10 (Thur) - 6:30pm - 8:00pm - DJF Practice Field (1651 Pinehurst Rd)

*Starting July 21 (Mon) All registration will be at the field from Mon - Thurs 6:30pm - 8:30pm

               July 21 (Mon)      First day of practice - shorts, t-shirts, and helmets only

 

Registration Documentation

To Register Your Child, You MUST Bring the Following:

  • Copy of Birth Certificate
  • Two (2) wallet size photos (Childs face MUST be clear, no hats, no sunglasses, no photo copy paper)
  • Parent or Legal Guardian can only register the child (If Guardian, must have Guardianship papers)
  • Parent/Guardian Drivers License
  • Emergency Contact Information
  • Insurance Coverage Information (If Applicable)

Registration cannot be completed unless all requirements are met.

All coaches/volunteers must pass a background check and football coaches must be certified.

2014 is just around the corner and we want to start the year off with a strong showing with the DJF Board of Directors! We have some positions available for those who have the dedication and heart to be a DJF Board Member!

There have been so many positives this year, I don't know where to start!

Most importantly, the support! So many people have stepped up this year! Football Players, Cheerleaders, Parents, Coaches, Board Members! Thank you all for what you have done and what you're doing! This IS a non-profit organization, none of us see a dime, this is for the kids and the greater good of the community. Thank you all for your time, your dedication, and your support! Proud to be a Falcon!
